ICOMIA Continue the Conversation
Following our session at the ICOMIA Congress, we’re inviting a small number of associations to explore how this could work in practice.
Most associations already have the information, relationships, and tools they need. The challenge is how that work connects across teams, committees, and members, and how easily it can be turned into action.
Following our session at the ICOMIA Congress, we’re inviting a small number of associations to continue the conversation and explore how this could work in practice, using the systems and processes you already rely on.
This is a short, informal session focused on how your association operates today, where time and visibility are being lost, and where things could be simpler, clearer, and more joined up.
A short, informal working session
Focused on how your association operates today
Grounded in real examples from the ICOMIA session
We’ll look at how work currently flows across your teams, committees, and members, and where things become harder to manage or keep visible.
We’ll explore where coordination, communication, and visibility could be improved using the tools and processes you already have in place.
You’ll leave with a clearer view of how this could work in your association, along with practical ideas you can take forward if it feels relevant.
When actions aren’t clearly tracked, it becomes harder to maintain momentum.
This is about giving teams and committees a clearer view of what’s happening, what’s next, and who’s responsible, so work can move forward with less friction.
Conversations across committees and teams don’t always lead to clear next steps.
This is about capturing what’s been agreed, making actions visible, and ensuring follow-up happens without relying on individuals to carry things forward.
Register your interest and we’ll follow up after the ICOMIA Congress

Our ‘Art of What Is Possible’ workshop with Elite Dynamics exceeded expectations. The session gave us a real understanding of how Microsoft Copilot and integrated tools can simplify communication, planning, and member admin. It was practical, inspiring, and tailored to the way AMI works.”

The session helped us reframe our thinking around productivity — not by introducing new tools, but by helping us better understand what’s already available to us from Microsoft. From smarter collaboration in Teams to clearer communication and improved document handling, we left feeling inspired and ready to put what we’d learned into action.

We came away from Jamaine’s session genuinely excited about what we could do with the Microsoft tools we already have. As a holiday park operator, we’ve got busy teams spread across different sites, so anything that helps us work more efficiently without adding more complexity is a win. Seeing tools like Copilot, SharePoint, Loop and Planner in action made a real difference. It wasn’t just a run-through of features it was relevant to how we actually work. From using Copilot to pull out actions from meetings, to coordinating our marketing efforts in Planner and making sure the right teams can access the right documents in SharePoint, we could instantly see where we’d benefit. It’s sparked a lot of conversations internally about how we can start making changes now and how we make the most of what’s already available to us. It felt like a bit of a lightbulb moment, to be honest. I would encourage businesses to take part in these sessions; it was incredibly valuable to the business and the team.

The session helped our members rethink how they could use AI in a practical way, not by adding more tech, but by showing how Microsoft tools like Copilot are already there to support their day-to-day tasks. From using AI to simplify admin and improve customer communication, to seeing how it works with tools like Teams, Planner and Outlook - the presentation really brought The Art of What Is Possible to life. Members left feeling inspired and full of ideas they could take back to their own parks.
